okmyway.com is available to and accessed by users on a worldwide basis. It is a company incorporated in Scotland, and the applicable law is the same as applies to England and Wales, except to the extent that the Scottish Parliament introduces new law on any particular matter not reserved to the United Kingdom Parliament. For the avoidance of doubt, that means that copyright and data protection matters fall under the applicable UK Parliament statutes. We encourage people to register with us to ensure the site’s personalisation features are set up for them. If you choose not to, the information we collect is limited to logging your IP address. This allows us to track usage statistics, but we cannot and do not attempt to identify you from this.

Your profile will be publicly viewable on okmyway.com and identifiable via your chosen screen name. Your email address will not be viewable or accessible by any other users.
The Site is not directed to persons under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at legal[@]okmyway.com (remove the square brackets).
